Memories Physical Store Return/Exchange
Dear customers, we are pleased to offer a 5-day Return/Exchange policy. Kindly review our return and exchange policy in detail. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms and have read and understood our Policy. 

(The latest policy will officially take effect on 10 March 2025)

  1. Return/exchange size/defective of any purchases need to be made within 5 days after purchase, provided they are in resalable condition. 
  2. Exchange must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered & odorless).
  3. Kindly prepare the printed receipt / email invoice before you go to our retail store that you visit (Memories Gurney Plaza / Memories Queensbay Mall 1F / Memories Queensbay Mall 3F )
  4. Kindly ensure that you carefully check the items purchase, including the style, color, size, and other details. Should any issues arise, please return to the store for assistance in resolving the matter.
  5. Sales item (Including Pop up store/Physical store event/Clearance promo) and sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
  6. Memories provides returns all clothes/shoes (excluding sales item), it must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If items have been washed and color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  7. Inner wear (such as underwear, seamless shorty) and items such as belts, socks, caps and accessories are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
  8. Sales items may have defects/color discrepancies/measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.
  9. For store purchase only available exchange on physical store only, is not available for Online exchange. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for online purchases in-store.
  10. At the store, you can opt to exchange for another size, colour or any other item within the store on the same day. You can select items of the same or higher value to be exchanged. You will be required to top-up for a higher value item. Balance amount will not be refunded if unused.
  11. Return Exchange can only made 1 time per order number.
  12. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
