Memories Physical Store Return/Exchange

1. Return/exchange size/defective of any purchases need to be made within 5 days after purchase, provided they are in resalable condition. 
2. Exchange must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered & odorless). All return must include the receipt.
3. We only allow exchange S M L XL SIZE, not including FREE SIZE. It is not possible to change other styles or colours. 
4. Return Exchange can only made 1 time per order number.
5. Sales items may have defects/color discrepancies/measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.
6. Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
7. Accessories, Innerwear, Socks and etc. is not eligible for return.
8. For store purchase only available exchange on physical store only, is not available for Online exchange.
